Sable Cuisine, led by Chef Silviu Chelaru, brings an exceptional dining experience, dishes crafted from seasonal, local ingredients, cooked here in our kitchen, and paired with fine wines. Sable Events offers a capacity of up to 250 guests, with a space that blends the warmth of nature and the refinement of elegant simplicity. Accommodation includes three private houses, The House of Ravens, The House of Dragons, and The House of Braves, each with its own spa corner featuring a hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower. For larger gatherings, The Houses of Midday, Middle, and Midnight provide 11 rooms that combine authenticity with comfort, hosting up to 36 guests in total.

Corporate Retreats
Raven’s Nest is designed for teams that value clarity, creativity, and connection. With space for up to 36 guests, spread across restored Transylvanian homes, and over 80 seats in our open-air restaurant, the Nest offers a setting where focus and inspiration come naturally.
The day can start with strategy sessions in quiet spaces overlooking the forest, followed by shared meals prepared by Sable Cuisine, or moments of calm in the spa deck wrapped in trees. Evenings bring the team together around the firepit, for open-air cinema sessions, or wine tastings under the stars.
For activity breaks, we organize guided hikes, yoga sessions, and creative workshops, or simply leave time for people to explore trails, waterfalls, and mountain lookouts nearby.
Our Full Retreat option includes accommodation, daily meals, and complete access to the property, ideal for off-sites, leadership gatherings, or brand experiences. For special occasions, the Full Restaurant booking transforms Sable Cuisine into a private venue for launches, dinners, or events, with customized menus and curated wine pairings.
Transfers can be arranged from Cluj-Napoca (1h:15 min) or Bucharest (2 h:15 min), and our team offers full coordination before and during the stay. Wi-Fi is available in designated areas, though most guests choose to disconnect and let the quiet do its work.
